Tensile Structure for Corporate

Tensile structures signal a dramatic change in architecture at clubs as they move away from old-fashioned rigid compartments toward dynamic, organic forms that define a venue’s identity. The systems are formed of high-strength membranes like PVC or PTFE, which span over specialized masts and cable lines to create large, column-free internal spaces. Nightclub’s open plan layout is a huge plus, so viewers can see the stage in the evening and walk smoothly through dance equipment.

In addition, the translucent nature of these fabrics turns them into the same kind of enormous light canvases, in which an entire framework can vibrate in sync with the music, turning the building into a glowing and rhythmic landmark, through the use of interior LED washes or out into the space by means of external projections. But beyond its aesthetics, tensile structures are technically flexible and therefore can work in virtually any club space, from permanent high-end venues to seasonal pop-up stages. Not only will you get the best acoustic properties, with the soft membrane helping to offset much of the harsher sound reflected from concrete or metal buildings. Smaller installations such as Hypar sails and conical umbrellas in outdoor VIP areas or in poolside lounges add nuanced shade that adds to the high-energy vibe.

Although they may look light and airy in appearance, such constructions are designed to be incredibly durable, bearing against both harsh winds and environmental stress, while still being visually futuristic and of a high design quality that no old construction can achieve at the same price.
